M-23: further details attached

Drip rails, electrical conduits and screens were attached to the roof. A few more handrails, new screens and rear mirror/windshield were applied to the shell. The front truck was slightly modified, but still missing center leaf springs.

Some progress to show:
Doors were added, grab irons attached, cooling device further detailed, couplers mounted, and the rear truck's wheelbase was expanded.
